Qingdao Xin Xing Tai Construction Engineering Co. Ltd. is established in March 2011. It is a overall contracting second level qualification and Municipal engineering general contracting third level qualification enterprise which is approved by approved by the housing and construction department of Shandong province.
Company adheres to the people-centered talent strategy, now have kinds of engineering and technical staff 119 people. 80% of them have college degree or above. Also have 18 intermediate professional title or above staffs, 20 first level and second level qualification of construction staffs. As well as have nearly 200 subordinate intermediate or above technical workers.
The main construction in recent years: Chateau Lafite, Woody Riverside IV, Garden River , Greenwater Flower, Rose Garden, Guihua Garden and many other real estate development projects. Also participate in reconstruction of Santai, Cui Jia Gou community, Dan mountain community and many other old village renovation projects. Accumulative completion and under construction in the total construction area of 1.2 million square meters.
